#So.Me in PSHE in a UKRI Impact Accelerator Account-funded project (2025-26) to develop free PSHE lesson resources for year 7-9 pupils, focused on developing social media literacy skills.

The #So.Me PSHE programme consists of a foundation lesson and three optional lessons:

  • Foundation lesson: Let’s talk about social media – getting on the same page

  • Optional Lesson 1: Decoding the digital - can you trust what you see online?

  • Optional lesson 2: Scroll smart - finding your balance online

  • Optional lesson 3: Living your best digital life - building healthy online habits
