Sending parent/carer information and opt-out forms

All pupils taking part in the #So.Me questionnaire pilot need to have the online parent/carer information and opt-out form sent home. You can download a draft email for parents/carers, including the link to the online information, from the list below. Parent/carers need to be given a minimum of one week to opt-out their child if they would like to. They do this by following instructions on the online form.

School resources

All the resources you need to deliver the questionnaire in your school can be found below (links to be added/updated from September ‘25). We’ve also sign-posted below to some anti-bullying week resources to use with pupils, to help tie the #So.Me questionnaire into your school’s PSHE curriculum.
